Who We Are
PMO Visions is an independent project management consultancy based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, specialising in infrastructure, healthcare, and reconstruction projects. Founded by Ghassan Riyadh Raoof, PMP®, the firm brings over 15 years of on-the-ground experience managing large-scale construction and rehabilitation projects across Iraq — from the Kurdistan Region to Mosul, Sinjar, Basrah, and Baghdad. PMO Visions provides project management and execution support primarily across Iraq, including Erbil and federal Iraq, with remote support available when required.
We work alongside UN agencies, international NGOs, private developers, and government entities to provide independent project oversight, technical supervision, and governance solutions that protect investments and ensure successful delivery.
